Our SDG target is SDG 4 which targets quality education. In oder to get a proper understanding of what is a good system suitable for this kind of SDG system.

For a proper system analysis, system development and to get a understanding of what the users want and what they need. To get that kind of understanding it is important to know how users behave when they are using the same kind of system. And further get more understanding of user activity and need.

As our example of similar existing system, we used edx and Coursera. Both are education system. We established 3 tasks that the users have to do in order to understand users activity.

Task 1 for users is to create an account in the following educational platform.

Following video is user 1 creating an account in Coursera .

User 1 did the Task1 of creating an account on Coursera

From our above users and them doing the tasks give us an understanding of our users and what we should do for our system to give users a stress free and easy experience.

Findings from HTA

From the above analysis the for each of the system the opening account part is similar yet with few twitches here and there. Where signing up in Coursera is much more easier than edX and creates less frustration for the users with the username and password problem.
