Storyboard

For visualizing what the user might feel like in an ideal scenario while using our website. We had to do storyboard. For that we all had to come up with our own idea for storyboarding. Each of us came up with our own ideas and interpretation for this.

In all these storyboards we imagined an ideal situation for all our tasks and how our users might interact with this whole system.

Crazy 8

For our Crazy 8 method we met online using Google meet at 8:00 pm. And created boards for all of us to put our ideas. We set a timer for 8 mins to put our ruff idea on a page and did free hand drawing.Also before that we came out with 5 problems that we want to solve in our design that we saw from our users.

After the timer ended we each did an explanation for our design idea and meaning behind it. And after that we started voting. We voted for each design which parts we like and prefer.

Wireframe

After the voting we gathered the highest voted features from each person and we created our wireframe for the app.

Metaphor

An eye as our search icon

We want our users too feel like when they are searching for information the eye icon is surfing through the internet for them to find what they need. It gives a simple yet interactive way to engage our users.

Yellow and violet as our app colour

Colour: Violet

Colour Code: #800080

Colour: Orange yellow

Colour Code: #FFCC00

we choose these two colours because they are complementary colours. And also both colours are vibrant, fun and youthful. Which suits the app and the atmosphere we want to create. Not only that these colours are mood lifting colours which will the app attractive for our users.

Profile Icon

A human form in profile icon to indicate to the users that here is where they can provide their pictures for their customised profile.
